BH14 Baseball (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of our athletes, parents, and website visitors.
1. Information We Collect

Parent/guardian name
- Player name and age
- Email address and phone number
- Emergency contact information
- Payment and billing details
- Training history and performance notes
- Photos or videos taken during training or events (with consent)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide baseball training and related services
- Communicate schedules, updates, and program information
- Process payments and registrations
- Improve our coaching programs and customer experience
- Share promotional content (only with consent)

Authorized coaches and staff

4. Media & Marketing
By participating in BH14 Baseball programs, you grant permission for photos or videos of your child to be used for training, promotional, and marketing purposes unless written notice is provided opting out.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
By enrolling in or participating in any BH14 Baseball program, you agree to the following terms:
1. Participation & Conduct
- Athletes are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, and other players.
- BH14 Baseball reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund.
2. Assumption of Risk
Baseball training involves physical activity and inherent risks. By participating, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept all risks associated with athletic training.
3. Release of Liability
BH14 Baseball, its coaches (including Coach Brian), staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during training, games, or events, except in cases of gross negligence.
4. Medical Authorization
Parents/guardians authorize BH14 Baseball staff to seek emergency medical treatment for their child if necessary.
5. Payments & Refunds
- All fees must be paid in full prior to participation unless otherwise agreed.
- No refunds for missed sessions unless explicitly stated.
- Make-up sessions are not guaranteed.
6. Schedule & Program Changes
BH14 Baseball reserves the right to modify schedules, coaches, or training formats as needed.
7. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate participation at any time for violation of policies or non-payment.
8. Agreement
By registering for BH14 Baseball programs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
