Meet the founder who started it all. Built on experience, purpose, and a love for the game, this program was created to develop confident athletes and strong individuals.

Brian Hernandez grew up in the heart of the San Fernando Valley, where his baseball journey began at Granada Hills Little League and North Valley Pony. As a standout at Bishop Alemany High School, Brian was honored as a 3-time All Mission League Selection.

He continued his rise at CSULA as a D2 Freshman All American and CCAA Freshman of the Year, then moved to COC to be named Conference Player of the Year. At UC Irvine, Brian earned back-to-back 1st Team Big West honors and capped off his college career as Defensive Player of the Year. Drafted by the LA Angels in 2011, Brian played six seasons in their organization, reaching as high as AA before extending his professional career in Mexico with stints in Mazatlán, Mexicali, Laguna, and Cancun.

His wealth of playing experience—spanning collegiate and professional levels—fuels his passion to coach, mentor, and inspire the next generation of ballplayers.
